There is more to Baracuta than the legendary Harrington G9 jacket and the new collection highlights what a strong design team Baracuta have.The Baracuta brand began in 1937 when John and Isaac Miller realised a dream – to design a new revolutionary jacket. They designed a rainproof coat that has become the world’s most famous jacket – the Harrington G9. The jacket has gone on to obtain legendary status after being worn by everybody from Elvis Presley and Steve McQueen to Frank Sinatra.
The G9 still turns heads today and has been worn by bands such as Franz Ferdinand and Razorlight. The jacket even features in a well known va va vroom advertising campaign staring Thierry Henry and a certain make of car!!!
